Burnout and exhaustion
You feel burned out and everyday tasks take increasing effort. Discuss your questions about sleep and energy alongside support addressing the causes of overload.
More about burnoutYou often feel tired, sleep restlessly or notice that you can do less than before. Several symptoms may occur together. At Energy Clinics in Uden, the conversation starts with your everyday experience. We discuss what support may be appropriate and when other care is needed first. Mainly seeking more balance or support with sport? Also explore the three starting points under For you.
Where would you like to see change?
You feel burned out and everyday tasks take increasing effort. Discuss your questions about sleep and energy alongside support addressing the causes of overload.
More about burnoutYou get through the day but have little left for yourself. Or you remain tired even when you allow enough time to rest. We discuss the pattern, your sleep and what has already been investigated.
More about fatigueDifficulty falling asleep, lying awake often or waking unrefreshed. We consider your nights as well as daytime sleepiness and functioning.
More about poor sleepWork, an appointment or training demands more than before. What happens during an activity, immediately afterwards and the next day? This helps choose an achievable goal.
More about recoveryYou keep worrying or feel constantly tense. Discuss how sleep, workload and rest relate. For burnout or mental health symptoms, appropriate support from your GP, occupational physician or psychologist remains important.
Read about stress and fatiguePain can affect your nights and daily activities. You can also discuss questions about sleep and energy if you have fibromyalgia. We consider any complementary treatment alongside your existing care.
More about persistent painYour energy, concentration or capacity for activity has changed after an infection. If symptoms worsen after exertion, a standard progression schedule is not automatically appropriate. First, we discuss your limits and ongoing support.
Read our explanation of long COVIDYou lose your train of thought or feel exhausted after mental work. Describe when this happens and its effects. Concentration problems have various possible causes and do not automatically call for a device-based treatment.
Read about mental fatigueYou want to better align training load with sleep and recovery. We discuss your goals, weekly schedule and whether a measurement is useful. An injury needs its own assessment.
Read about sport and recoveryThis overview helps you explore your options. It is not a list of conditions our treatments can cure.
Some symptoms have several names or are connected. These links take you directly to the relevant background information.
You do not need to decide which treatment you need yourself. You might tell us that you have no energy after work, that your nights are interrupted or that you worsen a day after exertion. During the intake, we consider the connections, your medical history, medication and previous investigations.
You can also follow a programme with just one treatment: NESA alone, IHHT oxygen training alone or red light therapy alone. A combination is not required. A symptom does not automatically lead to one fixed treatment. We discuss the potential role, limitations and suitability of each option. The treatment pages explain what happens during a session and what research shows.
Assessment by your GP is important for new, unexplained or persistent symptoms. Examples include prolonged fatigue with unintended weight loss, breathlessness or palpitations. Snoring with breathing pauses or unintentionally falling asleep during the day also deserves medical assessment. An introduction or energy check does not diagnose.
You can discuss your questions, but we do not promise a cure. Tell us if physical or mental exertion causes increased symptoms later: this is called PEM or PESE. We discuss your capacity for activity and tailor any next steps to your situation. An intensive programme or exercise metabolic test is then not a standard choice.
You can during an introduction. NESA is also being studied for this application, but urinary symptoms first need assessment of the cause. It is not a standard part of our energy, sleep and recovery programmes. On the NESA page you can read more about the available research.
No. You start with a free, no-obligation introduction. Any intake and treatment are separate next steps. We discuss the content, costs and evaluation points beforehand. Explore the programmes and pricing to consider your options.
