1. Make room for your story
In a free introduction with one of our specialists, you explain what you miss in everyday life and ask the questions that matter to you. You discover how we work and whether an intake is a logical next step. This first conversation is exploratory and without obligation; it is not a medical diagnosis or treatment appointment.
2. Understand your situation
During the intake, we connect your symptoms, health, medication and daily demands with what you want to achieve. We include existing results and advice. This way, a proposal starts with your situation. If your GP needs to assess you first, we discuss that before any treatment.
3. Make an informed choice
You receive a concrete proposal explaining the guidance, possible treatments and alternatives. You know what each part involves and why it is proposed. The free introduction is separate from the intake and programme; we discuss their content and costs beforehand.
- A personal goal to work towards.
- An explanation of the evidence and uncertainties.
- An overview of costs, demands and practical arrangements.
- An agreed moment to evaluate together.
4. Keep track of what changes for you
We return to what you want to be able to do and how you experience your days and nights. A diary or suitable questionnaire may help track changes. Together, we discuss whether to continue, adjust or finish. Lack of improvement and unwanted effects also receive attention.
